Located on Division Street in the heart of Nashville’s Gulch, Harlowe is a 16-story, 300-apartment residential development. The project’s unique massing is derived from the site’s unusual geometry and challenging lot exposures that are characteristic of this formerly industrial but rapidly-evolving and sought-after neighborhood. The façade includes six stories of locally-sourced brick with intricate bonding patterns, providing a rich backdrop to the busy streetscape while reflecting the industrial heritage of the Gulch. Interior design was performed by CID Design Group. Harlowe’s amenities include a ground floor brew-lounge with a rotating menu of beers from nearby breweries, a private rentable amenity room, a fitness center, and an elevated landscaped courtyard with a swimming pool and spaces for grilling and gathering. Penthouse residents have access to generous private terraces, as well as a private bar with views of downtown Nashville.
