Thomas Friddle, RA

Thomas has a Master of Architecture degree from Yale University, where he was a graduate affiliate of Jonathan Edwards College. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in architecture, Summa Cum Laude, from Ball State University, where he was a graduate of the Honors College. Thomas is a registered architect in Illinois and lives in Brooklyn, NY. Thomas joined R2L in the summer of 2020 to work on the Symphony Square mixed-use high-rise development in Austin, TX. Prior to joining R2L, he worked on projects both domestically and internationally at a wide range of scales, from a 50,000 square foot academic building in the Hudson Valley to a nearly 2,000,000 square foot high-rise in New York City. Thomas has led projects from concept design through construction and has experience in design, coordination, and management for academic, multi-family residential, commercial office, cultural, mixed-use, resort, and hospitality projects. When he isn’t practicing architecture, Thomas loves sailing, skiing, hiking, cycling, and cooking; has a passion for live and recorded music; and enjoys spending time at National Parks, Parkways, Lakeshores, and Seashores.
