Market Terminal is a multi-stage Planned Unit Development in one of DC’s most up-and-coming neighborhoods. Nestled between Florida Avenue, New York Avenue, and the railway lines that serve nearby Union Station, the project occupies the site of a former wholesale warehouse district. R2L master planned Market Terminal as a mixed-use transit-oriented neighborhood, establishing the critical pedestrian, bicycle, and vehicular pathways and public spaces which sustain successful and vibrant urban areas. The program includes five residential buildings, an office building, a destination retail street, a public plaza, and outdoor park spaces. R2L served as the design architect for the residential buildings through the entitlement and design development processes on behalf of Kettler.
