Key & Nash is a multi-family urban infill project at the intersection of Key Boulevard and North Nash Street in Arlington, Virginia. Located a short walk from the rapidly redeveloping Rosslyn Metro station area, the design uses the site’s steep grade change to provide active streetscape frontages while efficiently internalizing parking. A series of townhouses creates a pedestrian friendly environment along North Nash Street as flats rise behind, atop the parking area. Developed by NVR, the project secured approval from Arlington County through the 4.1 Site Plan Process.
