1700 Vine Street

  • The site for this project was adjacent to Philadelphia’s mid-19th century Cathedral Basilica, and facing Logan Square, one of the city’s original public spaces. Also located at the northwest edge of the downtown high-rise core, the building design offered unique views along Museum Mile. The design featured an urban piazza adjacent to the Cathedral, and was inspired by London’s St. Paul’s Cathedral and Paternoster Square. The ground floor accommodated retail uses and the residential lobby, while one underground parking level served the needs of the Church and two parking levels above the retail served the apartment building.
